Lets have a look at how the original Samsung Galaxy S back looks like, which was posted by Tinhte who were very lucky and got its hands on GT 19300. Also, Samsung will follow their name conevention and will keep its name Galaxy S III and not Galaxy M or any other names.
As we can see the device is more thin and slimmer then S II. It has black back with screen touching its edge to increase its screen size and not giving any extra space in its borders to minimize the total size.

The phone will have a 4.7-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen and 12-megapixel camera with autofocus LED flash and face detection. It will be running on Android Ice Screan Sandwich OS and will come with a 16GB internal memory expandable up to 32GB.
The processor will be very fast that is 1.4 GHz quad-core processor with a diplay screen of size 4.6-inch and the resolution will be 1184*720. With 1 GB RAM same as its older version and 2050 mAh battery the mobile will be a huge success and will beat any iOS devices on performance basic easily.
